Delivery Information

At GameGearPrime, we work to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Below you can find information about order processing, shipping, delivery times, and tracking.

Order Processing

Our warehouse processes orders on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM US Eastern Time. Orders for in-stock products confirmed before 4:00 PM US Eastern Time on weekdays are normally processed the same business day. Orders placed after the daily processing time, on weekends, or on holidays will normally be processed on the next business day.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us at contact@gamegearprime.com and provide your order number and other relevant order details.

International Shipping

We ship to customers in the US and selected international destinations. For international orders, delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs processing. Additional customs duties, taxes, or other import fees may apply and are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Delivery Delays

While we work with our shipping partners to deliver orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier operations, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.
